Lead Full Stack Engineer – Angular & Java Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Onsite Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and Java to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications. • Design and implement frontend solutions using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript. • Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. • Own technical design, code quality, and best practices across modules. • Review code, mentor developers, and guide team execution. • Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders in Agile environments. • Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and sprint planning. • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. • Support deployment, CI / CD pipelines, and production issues. Required Skills and Qualifications Frontend: • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with RxJS and state management libraries (NgRx preferred) • Strong understanding of responsive and component-based UI design Backend: • Strong experience with Java (8 / 11 / 17) and Spring Boot • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture • REST API design and integration • Experience with Hibernate or JPA Databases and Tools: • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Proficiency with Git, Maven, and Gradle • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plus Cloud and DevOps (Preferred): • Experience with AWS or Azure • CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Leadership and Soft Skills: • Experience leading modules or small engineering teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to take technical ownership and drive decisions • Experience working with global or client-facing teams Nice to Have: • Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Module Lead • Strong understanding of system design and application architecture • Experience with SaaS or large-scale enterprise applications What We Offer • Opportunity to work on international client projects • High ownership and leadership exposure • Engineering-driven, fast-growing environment • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and skills.
