Looking to hire a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth for Tech/SaaS solutions. The role focuses on generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach and scheduling demos with the Sales/AE team. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities. ● Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points. ● Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure only high-potential prospects are handed over to AEs. ● Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with Account Executives. ● Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). ● Handle initial objections and guide prospects toward booking a demo. ● Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. ● Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better identify opportunities. What We’re Looking For: ● 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS. ● Strong ability to engage prospects and qualify leads efficiently. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally. ● Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. ● Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven. ● Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
