Job Title: Lead – GP&T Job Summary Sr.GM / GM – GP&T Areas of Responsibility • To provide technical support for site transfer at the location and resolution of process issues on priority. • To identify areas of improvement in API Manufacturing / CM locations (Unit operations & process, Solvent recoveries, Troubleshooting, New vendor evaluation etc.) and collaborate with process engineering and LCM team for improvement of process efficiency. • To provide technical support and conduct lab studies for development of alternate vendor for KSM / intermediates. Also collaborate with LCM and plant team to define LCM product grid and strategy to enhance cost leadership. • To help the plant team in closure of the Investigation with proper root cause and providing CAPA for the same for the OOS/OOT/Unplanned deviation etc. • Preparation & Monitoring of Departmental budgets - Capex, Revenue & Manpower including product costing for the new /cost reduction/site transfer. • To ensure GxP and EHS compliance in the department. • Domain expertise in plant trouble shooting and LCM activities. • Experience in working with cross functional environment with major stakeholders such as Production, process engineering. • Proven Expertise in Process risk analysis, failure investigation and CAPA proposal.
