The Position: In this role as a Lead Hospital Key Accounts Management in Roche Diagnostics India, you will be managing Hospital key accounts which are a set of large standalone or small groups of hospitals with regional character. The HKAM have professional organization structures, and are agile in their operations and provide thought-leadership in the field of healthcare. Your Opportunity: • You will manage the business from this important customer segment from revenue and profitability standpoint. • Leading & mentoring a team of Hospital Key Account Managers. You will lead & manage the overall long terms (3 to 5 years) strategy & ensures its execution. • You will develop the robust business development strategy by identifying the right opportunities in the market. • Be responsible for building strategic customer relationships with large corporate hospitals & their multiple relevant stakeholders which includes entire KOL management. • An expert interpreting the market intelligence to fine-tune the partnership alliances with customers & to make sure the revenue is generated from these new accounts. You will also develop these accounts to achieve consistent profitability. • To build a plan for the existing accounts to ensure long term profitability from these accounts. • To ensure your team has a collaborative approach towards the relevant Business Areas & NSM’s. • You will hold the management board discussions between hospitals & Roche to build strategic road map. Who You Are: • You hold a University degree in a scientific, or business field (MBA Marketing). • With a strong eye for business, preferably in the IVD industry/Pharma, you bring over 10 years of valuable experience in leading Key Accounts & leading teams. • Experience in Multinational Pharma organization will also be considered. • You are an expert in using various channels, from traditional to digital, and adept at using insights data to measure and optimize the impact of your customer engagement efforts. • You possess extensive experience and skills in both strategy and tactical execution within Key Accounts. • You are proficient in written and spoken English languages and have ability to understand digital tools. • You have a valid work permit to work in India.
