1. Strategic Business Partnership • Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. ... • Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions. • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity. 2. Talent Management & Development • Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless. • Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs. 3. Employee Experience & Culture • Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups. • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy. • Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities. 4. HR Operations & Compliance • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes. • Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. • Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion. 5. Organizational Effectiveness & Change • Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives. • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation. • Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.
