As a Lead - Key Account at Jobizo, your role will involve owning and growing relationships with key healthcare clients across multiple cities. You will be responsible for driving revenue, customer success, and operational excellence while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and create a team of Key Account Managers, driving performance, accountability, and best practices across cities. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution. - Contribute to research and development initiatives, testing new approaches, pricing models, and service offerings before scaling to new markets. - Own and nurture relationships with key healthcare clients such as hospitals and institutions, ensuring long-term partnership success. - Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. - Play a critical role in new city expansion by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies. - Ensure accurate and timely billing for all clients, maintaining consistency and compliance with company processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams to enhance customer experience and scalability. Key Requirements: - 36 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Client Success, preferably in high-growth environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, as well as mentor junior account managers. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, problem-solving, and strategic planning. - Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. - High ownership mindset with the ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Willingness to travel extensively and support new city launches. - Experience in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace businesses is a strong plus.
