You will drive technical excellence, define best practices, and ensure successful delivery of ML initiatives that align with organizational goals. **What you will do** • Lead the design and architecture of complex ML systems and ensure technical quality across projects. • Mentor and develop ML engineers, providing guidance on technical growth and career development. • Drive technical roadmap planning and prioritization for ML initiatives within your team. • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into ML solutions. **Who you are** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field; PhD is a plus. • 6-8 years of experience in ML engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
