Job Purpose: Lead - Physical Security will oversee security projects in data centres, develop and implement strategies to address risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting security assessments, and offering expert guidance on security matters. Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage security projects within data centres, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Security Strategy: Develop and implement security strategies and plans to address potential risks and vulnerabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the project lifecycle. Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in security measures. Security Audits: Lead security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate security threats. Liaison With Government Bodies: Collaborate and liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities. Vigilance: Establish and maintain vigilance protocols to detect and prevent unauthorized access. Incident Reporting: Oversee the incident reporting process. Technology Trends: Stay informed about emerging security technologies. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related issues. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Digital Mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Project Manager, Internal teams. Key Stakeholders - External: OEMs, materials & service partners, Contractors, Government authorities, Law enforcement authorities. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field. Work Experience: 12-15 years of experience in the Data Centres industry with relevant experience in asset security.
