Are you excited to join our team as Lead Product Manager? We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who is passionate about solving real-world user problems through technology and design. You will own key product areas and drive innovation by working with cross-functional teams, translating user insights into scalable product solutions, and ensuring delivery excellence. What you do: - Define product goals and roadmap for owned modules/features in alignment with business objectives. - Lead discovery, user research, and market analysis to shape product strategy. - Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and customer success teams. - Balance short-term requests with long-term strategic planning. - Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements. - Champion agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes. Who you are: - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS. - Proven track record of launching successful products or features. - Prior experience in leading the team & strong stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs/OKRs. - Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD workflows. - Familiarity with product discovery practices and user research methods. - Comfortable with wireframing or working closely with designers. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Excellent communication skills – ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Preferred (Nice to Have): - Experience in food-tech, IoT, or hardware-integrated products. - Exposure to global markets or scaling products internationally. - Familiarity with frameworks like Jobs-To-Be-Done or experience using product management tools like Product board, Mix panel, Amplitude, etc.
