Roles & Responsibilities: • Define the Conversational AI roadmap for digital banking, improving customer engagement, fraud detection, and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business teams to launch AI-powered solutions like chatbots, predictive analytics, and smart financial assistants. • Enhance AI-driven personalization in mobile banking, lending, and payments. • Drive AI-powered credit risk assessment models to improve loan underwriting. • Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure AI models meet banking regulations and ethical AI standards. • Define key KPIs for AI adoption, accuracy, and customer impact. • Manage cross-functional teams to scale AI features from pilot to production.
