What you will be doing? • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. • Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for product launches, including coordination of cross functional teams. • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure that launches are not just operationally successful, but commercially impactful and clearly differentiated. • Ensure that product messaging becomes a strategic advantage in driving win rates and accelerating deal momentum. • Build, manage, and mentor a high performing product marketing team, providing clear direction, career development, and support. • Drive product led storytelling across customer-facing and market-facing channels to reinforce credibility and authority.

Qualifications
