Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will manage IT infrastructure and office buildout projects from inception to delivery. This includes gathering requirements, creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, managing budgets, overseeing procurement, and coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. You will handle the full program lifecycle—scoping, scheduling, resource planning, execution, and closure—while ensuring projects meet quality expectations and security standards. You will act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and support functions (admin/facilities, Legal, Finance). Your Responsibilities Will include vendor selection and contract management, risk identification and mitigation, dependency management, and change control. You will track and report progress, risks, and financials to senior leadership, prepare documentation and handover packages, and ensure operational readiness for ongoing support and scalability. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should hold- Basic Qualifications ─ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline; and either an MBA from a top institution or proven project/program management experience ─ 3 to 6 years of relevant experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, data center, networking, or office buildout projects ─ Robust knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a process-oriented approach to complex technical initiatives ─ Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and influence cross-functional teams, including vendors and consultants ─ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Preferred Qualifications ─ PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification ─ Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including networking, cabling, A/V systems, workplace endpoints, server/storage, and IT security ─ Experience managing multi-site or global projects in dynamic environments Required Skills['Training Program Development'] Additional Information Core Technical Expertise • Strong background in end-to-end project management and project delivery. • Prior experience and/or understanding of technical concepts. • Must have managed new office buildout projects for global clients or large organizations. • Open to candidates with migration or expansion project experience. • Experience in cross-functional responsibilities, vendor management, and stakeholder management is essential. • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or similar project management certifications (Good to have, not mandatory).
