Role Overview: Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is looking for a Lead Property Investment Analyst to spearhead financial analysis and strategic acquisition efforts. This hybrid role, based in Thane, Maharashtra, IN, requires a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. As the Lead Property Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying lucrative investment opportunities, conducting market research, and developing financial models to assess property valuations and project returns. Your insights will directly influence major investment decisions and contribute to the firm's growth in the Indian real estate market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes (commercial, residential, industrial). - Conduct in-depth market analysis, including supply and demand dynamics, demographic trends, and competitive landscapes. - Develop detailed financial models, such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, sensitivity analysis, and pro forma statements, to forecast property performance and investment returns. - Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including site visits, property inspections, and legal/financial document review. - Prepare compelling investment committee presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders. - Monitor existing portfolio performance and recommend strategies for asset management and value enhancement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, property owners, and other industry professionals. - Stay updated on real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting the industry. - Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including legal, finance, and asset management.
