Lead React Native Engineer (Firebase | Web | GCal | BigQuery) Experience Required : 8 - 12 years CTC Range : 15-30 Lacs P.A. About the Role : We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who is highly self-managing, proactive, and able to contribute not just code but creative ideas and product insights. Your primary focus will be React Native and Firebase, with additional responsibilities across our web stack and data / analytics tools. This role also includes the ability to lead team members when we scale the team up or down on a project basis. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities • Build, optimize, and maintain our React Native applications. • Manage and extend backend services using Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, etc.). • Collaborate on architecture, product direction, and creative problem-solving. • Work independently with minimal oversight and high accountability. Secondary Responsibilities • Maintain and build features in Web applications (React, Next.js, or similar). • Develop integrations with Google Calendar API. • Build or maintain data pipelines using BigQuery. • Support dashboards and analytics in Looker Studio. • Lead and mentor developers during times when we scale the team.
