Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead React.js Developer located in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for leading software development projects in the banking domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality applications. Key responsibilities include developing scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. The developer will also troubleshoot and resolve application issues while mentoring junior developers and adhering to best practices in coding and application architecture. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model • Thorough expertise in React.js and its core principles, along with experience with popular state management libraries like Redux • Proficiency in front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks • Experience in building reusable components, front-end libraries, and optimizing application performance • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration within web applications • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging and identifying code issues • Prior experience in the banking/financial services domain is a strong advantage • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is preferred.
