Job Purpose The Candidate will be responsible for structuring frameworks, define SOPs, and drive standardisation across all vigilance activities. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Own and continuously improve the Employee Risk Management (ERM) policy framework. 2. Structure frameworks and drive standardisation across all vigilance activities 3. Preparation of Policies & SOPs. 4. Ensure Rule calibration for better results – reduction in false positives. 5. Running Control Charts and ensuring RCA on misses. 6. Regular trainings to RVU employees. 7. Stakeholder Management : HR and other functions. 8. Preparation of Monthly & quarterly dashboards. Required Qualifications and Experience • Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience Employee Risk / Conduct Risk / RCU / Ethics & Compliance / HR Risk • Stakeholder management and good communications skill required. • High integrity, confidentiality, stakeholder management, objective decision making, crisis communication, documentation excellence. • Good Command over MS Office & PPT etc. • Time management skills required.
