Job Title: Lead – Talent Acquisition Location: Noida Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Experience: 7–12 Years Job Summary We are seeking a Lead – HR & Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with core HR operations. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR process excellence to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility) • Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, operations, sales, warehouse, and leadership roles • Drive bulk, lateral, and strategic hiring for logistics and supply chain functions • Develop hiring strategies aligned with manpower planning and business needs • Manage and mentor the TA team and external recruitment vendors • Track and improve hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire) • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience HR Operations & General HR • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, exits • Manage HR policies, SOPs, and ensure statutory compliance • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives • Support performance management and appraisal cycles • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management • Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning Key Requirements • 7–12 years of experience in HR with strong focus on Talent Acquisition • Prior experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation / FMCG preferred • Proven experience in managing TA along with core HR activities • Strong stakeholder management and team handling experience • Hands-on experience with hiring tools, ATS, and HR systems Skills & Competencies • End-to-end HR & TA leadership • Strategic hiring & manpower planning • Employee relations & compliance • Team management & vendor coordination • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in high-growth or operations-heavy organizations • Immediate to 30 days notice preferred • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
