Here’s the job details for reference, Job Summary: The Non-IT Recruitment Lead/Manager will be responsible for driving the overall Non-IT hiring strategy, managing the recruitment team, and partnering with business leaders to meet current and future workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive the Non-IT recruitment strategy across departments • Manage, mentor, and performance-track the recruitment team • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning • Ensure timely and quality hiring within defined SLAs and budgets • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates • Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline status • Design and optimize sourcing channels and recruitment processes • Monitor recruitment metrics and present regular hiring dashboards to leadership • Handle escalations related to hiring, offers, and joining • Collaborate with HR operations for onboarding, policy alignment, and compliance • Strengthen employer branding initiatives for Non-IT hiring Required Skills & Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with team management exposure • Proven experience in hiring for multiple business functions at scale • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting • Experience in corporate or staffing environments preferred.
