About the Role: As a full-time Lead Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, implementation, execution, and facilitation of learning programming. With a big-picture perspective and a future-focused mindset, you are critical to the talent development and growth of our global employees and people leaders. Your strong sense of ownership and agility enable you to accelerate designs and tailor talent solutions to yield tremendous impact throughout the organization. • You will leverage human-centric design processes to design engaging and impactful learning solutions • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs—from intake and scoping through design, creation of learning objectives, delivery, evaluation, execution and sunsetting—ensuring program effectiveness and alignment with business goals and learner needs • Drive effective discovery through qualitative and quantitative tools specific to L&D practices • Implement needs analysis, program delivery, execution, go-to-market plan, and monitor ongoing effectiveness in partnership with Learning Operations • Collaborate with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and senior business leaders to develop, implement, and deliver learning solutions that support the talent and skills needs of the business • Facilitate the delivery of leadership programming for internal audiences • Coordinate with internal and/or 3rd party learning partners to create and delivery learning plans • Lead initiatives to assess and shape organizational culture to foster an inclusive, high-performing, and innovative work environment • Participate in developing or managing a budget and operating plan for the program in partnership with Learning Operations • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, contributing to enterprise-wide talent initiatives and organizational development efforts • Participate in shaping the strategic direction of UKG’s talent development efforts • You lead with influence, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring peers while aligning learning initiatives with enterprise-wide goals Qualifications: • Degree in Learning Design, Educational Technology or Design, Project Management, Organizational Development, Training and Development or equivalent; advanced degree preferred • Proven track record of 6+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in learning technologies, instructional design tools, and program planning • Expertise in needs analysis, creating learning objectives, and strategic program design • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills • Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact learning initiatives • Experience managing ambiguity and delivering results in dynamic environments • Proactively drives initiatives with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Design and implement scalable learning solutions that are adaptable across global regions, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility for diverse audiences • Builds trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels and manages internal stakeholder relationships effectively to drives alignment • Remains flexible and responsive to changes in project scope or unexpected challenges, quickly assessing situations and adjusting project plans as needed • Innovates and applies industry best practices to enhance learning experiences • Stays at the forefront of industry trends and shares insights with the team • Leads peers while fostering a collaborative team environment • Uses data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
