Lead Trainer – Learning & Development
About the job
We are looking for a high-ownership Lead Trainer – Learning & Development to design and drive structured learning across the organization. This is a leadership-facing role where you will work closely with CXO-level leaders, coordinate CEO-led sessions, and build impactful learning journeys that strengthen capability and culture. If you enjoy converting powerful ideas into practical learning experiences and thrive in execution-heavy environments — this role is for you. What You’ll Do: • Own end-to-end planning and execution of organization-wide learning sessions • Design structured learning journeys from books, research, and leadership themes • Create high-quality, plug-and-play PPT decks and facilitator guides • Coordinate CEO/CXO-led sessions (flow, prep, readiness) • Experiment with workshops, roundtables, and masterclass • Drive participation, engagement, and program effectiveness What We’re Looking For: • 1 – 4+ years in Learning & Development, training, or instructional designs • Strong content structuring and PPT storytelling skills • Experience working with senior leaders • Strong program management and execution ability • High ownership mindset with attention to detail
