Role Purpose: The incumbent will contribute towards building organizational capability, fostering a positive work culture, and enhancing employee engagement through structured interventions and developmental initiatives. Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. (in the pay-scale of Rs.44,900-1,42,400 as per 7th CPC) Experience Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Employee Engagement functions. Education MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized university/institution. Minimum 60% in graduation and higher studies. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in consultation with Department Heads and identify competency gaps. • Prepare and implement the Annual Training Calendar aligned with organizational priorities. • Design and coordinate internal and external training programs, including technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance modules. • Liaise with empanelled institutes, consultants, and subject matter experts for effective program delivery. • Oversee end-to-end execution of training programs, including communication, logistics, attendance tracking, and documentation. • Organize and facilitate structured induction programs for new joinees to ensure smooth integration into the organization. • Maintain training MIS, monitor budgets, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and impact assessment. • Support implementation and management of LMS / digital learning platforms and promote a culture of continuous learning. • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and wellness programs aligned with organizational values. • Conduct employee engagement surveys and assist in analysis and implementation of improvement measures. • Coordinate recognition programs, awareness drives, and internal communication initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning principles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. • Event planning and employee engagement capabilities. • Strong analytical and reporting abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
