Job Title:Leading Frontend Architect About the Role: We are seeking a skilled frontend developer to lead our team in building high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture. - Develop responsive, accessible UI components with strong focus on performance. - Implement state management and optimize UI for smooth user experience. - Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to deliver user-first features. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and issue resolution in production. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience. - Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript. - Proficiency in React / Vue / Angular. - Experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand. - Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility, and performance optimization. - Hands-on with Tailwind, Sass, or CSS-in-JS tools. - Familiar with Webpack/Vite, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of unit testing using Jest / React Testing Library. - Excellent problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills.
