Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career development. Requirements: 5-8 years of proven experience in Learning and Development. Strong background in engineering or manufacturing is highly advantageous. Proficient in designing and delivering impactful training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
