About the job
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to design and deliver impactful training solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Program management: Plan and execute all learning projects including certification, calendar and signature programs. Schedule, follow up, data capture and maintenance, analysis and reporting will be key activities. • Project management: Ensure learning projects start and close on time and as per the standard of quality and metrics defined. • Content management: Gather, create and curate content for several initiatives. • Team management: Monitor and coach the L&D associates and Leads to meet learning goals for the org. • Stakeholder management: Have a streamlined method to connect with and understand needs of learners and stakeholders. Requirements: • 6-8 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years in L&D. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Excellent stakeholder and people management skills. • Proficiency in using modern L&D tools and learning management systems (LMS).
