About the job
Key Responsibilities: • Process HR orders and provide advice to customers on HR processes, regulations, and personnel measures • Maintain HR data quality and ensure accurate record-keeping in HR systems • Handle training requests from initial examination through completion, including verification of completeness and retrieval of missing information • Create, schedule, and manage training courses in the Learning Platform; register employees and distribute evaluation forms • Purchase external training services through internal procurement tools and manage vendor relationships • Process changes to training schedules, including cancellations and rescheduling • Administer training data in Learning Management Systems and manage E-Learning and Web-Based Training programs • Organize and coordinate in-house seminars for employees in Germany, including logistics coordination (venue booking, participant communications, billing) • Process and verify training invoices against orders; manage internal billing and budget approvals with stakeholders • Answer training-related inquiries from managers and employees; resolve issues and problems • Maintain and organize training documentation and records on internal SharePoint • Prepare reports and analysis for management on training activities and metrics • Communicate with internal customers, training professionals, and external vendors to ensure service excellence German language is Mandatory, Interview will be in German language.
