Position Summary : Learning and Organization Development Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, develop, implement and administer development and training programs for employees. The roleholder will also act as liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Leading various live projects across Learning, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Diversity and Inclusion. • Helping the organization meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities. • Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development. • Conducting organisational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. • Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions. • Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities. • Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable. • Championing culture of organization through leadership communication platforms and branding initiatives. • Driving positive culture of diversity and inclusion through initiatives for Women employees and other groups.
