The Learning Design Manager has responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, requiring project management skills to manage timelines and resources. The Design Manager will lead consultation with Business Learning Partners and stakeholders in determining learning requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the high-level learning experience design. • Coach and develop junior instructional designers on best practice learning design principles. • Provide thought leadership on innovation in learning solutions. • Act as an escalation point for projects as required. Essential experience: • Designing engaging learning programmes. • Working with SMEs to build effective solutions. • Evaluating business impacts of learning.
