Key Responsibilities: • Facilitating leadership and management development training and coaching across all functions and franchises • Acting as a role model by promoting leadership standards, tools, and principles • Staying informed about business priorities, processes, and products to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with the overall business strategy • Providing feedback to improve learning materials and ensure their relevance and alignment with business goals Qualifications Required: • Experience in facilitating learning and development in a financial organization • Familiarity with the banking industry, regulatory environment, and commercial sector • Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and practices • Ability to adapt delivery style to meet the needs of diverse audiences • Understanding of legal policies, regulations, and risk management in the context of learning programs
