About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Manager who can independently lead a high-performing team while delivering impactful industry-aligned training programs across India. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between academia and industry by conducting technical skill development sessions for students and faculty members. This role demands leadership maturity, strong technical acumen, and the willingness to travel extensively across India to drive skilling initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team independently. • Set performance goals, track outcomes, and ensure timely program execution. • Drive accountability, quality standards, and continuous improvement within the team. 2. Training Delivery (Pan India) • Conduct in-person and hybrid technical training sessions for: • Engineering students • Faculty members • Academic leadership teams • Travel across India to deliver workshops, bootcamps, FDPs, and industry readiness sessions. • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at campuses and academic forums. 3. Project Development & Live Learning Initiatives • Design and oversee real-world, industry-aligned technical projects for students. • Develop capstone projects, mini-projects, and practical lab-based learning modules. • Ensure live sessions are highly engaging, practical, and outcome-oriented. • Monitor project quality and provide mentorship to ensure completion and industry relevance. 4. Industry Alignment & Impact Measurement • Ensure training content reflects real-world industry expectations. • Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and placement outcomes. • Collaborate with industry partners to integrate practical exposure into programs. 5. Stakeholder Engagement • Build strong relationships with colleges, faculty coordinators, and academic leaders. • Coordinate with internal operations and business teams for seamless program execution. • Act as a brand ambassador during campus engagements. Required Qualifications • Master's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Academic-Industry skilling. • Proven experience in managing teams independently. • Strong command over at least one high-demand technical domain (Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science, DevOps, etc.). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
