Learning Services Specialist - Learning & Marketing Communications

Job Description Key Responsibilities Learning Services • Publish, modify, and deactivate training items in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage global learner enrollments. • Monitor changes in tools and processes; proactively update stakeholders and requestors. • Conduct end-to-end course testing to ensure a smooth and high-quality learner experience. • Ensure global governance and adherence to catalog standards. • Act as a consultative partner between requestors and stakeholders to support learning needs. • Manage purchase orders (POs), chargebacks, and coordination of flagship programs. • Handle nomination cycles, session coordination, tracking, reporting, and post-program follow-up. • Maintain catalog hygiene and support process-related training. • Recommend and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Learning Services. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for LMS releases and vendor integrations. • Ensure KPIs and metrics are consistently met. • Provide effective query management and high-quality customer service. • Stay updated on current learning trends, training practices, and e-learning technologies. Marketing & Communications • Design and execute marketing campaigns for learning programs, academies, and global initiatives. • Develop clear, engaging communication materials (emails, intranet pages, newsletters, one-pagers, presentations, etc.). • Create content that enhances visibility, adoption, and impact of learning offerings. • Manage the end-to-end communications calendar and ensure timely dissemination of updates. • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for improvement. • Support promotional activities such as community posts, program launches, spotlight stories, and success metrics. • Coordinate with creative/design teams when needed for visual assets. • Enhance engagement through targeted, well-structured communications and digital campaigns. Required Skills['LMS'] Additional Information Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on experience in Marketing & Communications. • Experience in global training coordination preferred. • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal. • Ability to interpret training needs and translate them into learner-friendly communication. • Basic understanding of marketing principles or experience in digital communication is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms. • Ability to work in shifts as required.
