Role Overview: As a Lease Analyst Intern at our Gurgaon office, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in analyzing lease data and documents, particularly in the commercial real estate sector. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and interpreting documents with attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analyze lease data, with a focus on commercial real estate - Interpret and comprehend standard to moderately complex documents related to lease agreements - Learn new applications and processes with minimal supervision - Prioritize tasks, demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Maintain a high level of professionalism, trust, and integrity in all tasks - Demonstrate flexibility, eagerness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required: - Graduates with a degree in BA, BSc, BCom, or BBA from the 2024 & 2025 batches - Experience in analyzing data and problem-solving - Previous experience in lease abstraction work, preferably in commercial real estate - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to meet goals and deadlines efficiently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
