Ltd. is looking for an experienced Legal Manager with strong exposure to NI Act, Arbitration ,SARFAESI matters ,Litigation & Non Litigation. ✨ Key Responsibilities: 📝 Handle NI Act litigation & cheque bounce cases ⚖️ Manage Arbitration and SARFAESI matters 📄 Draft legal notices, pleadings, agreements & replies 🤝 Coordinate with advocates and legal authorities 📊 Provide legal advisory and case management support ✅ Requirements: 🔹 5+ years of experience in the legal domain 🔹 Strong knowledge of NI Act, Arbitration & SARFAESI 🔹 Excellent command over legal drafting 🔹 Candidates who is having Rajasthan law knowledge and has been worked under it will be preferred. 📩 Share your CV at: recruitment@rupitol.com
