🔍 We’re looking to connect with legal professionals (7–9 PQE) Opportunity with a leading automotive component manufacturer based in Delhi NCR. 🔹 The role involves: • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating & finalizing commercial contracts • MOUs, license agreements, collaborations, NDAs, leases & corporate documents • IP & brand portfolio management and coordination with external attorneys • Regulatory & ethical compliance oversight, including supply chain • Litigation handling and liaison with external counsels.
