We are looking for an experienced lifecycle email marketer to manage and improve our email marketing program for We have a large list and several existing email journeys built in ActiveCampaign, but we are currently experiencing low click-through rates and some automations that are not functioning correctly. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our email program end-to-end. Responsibilities: • Develop a monthly email strategy and campaign calendar • Improve existing lifecycle journeys and automations • Analyze performance and recommend improvements • Build and launch emails in ActiveCampaign • Work with our designer on email templates and visuals • Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve click-through rates • Fix broken or underperforming automations • Conduct A/B tests and report results Requirements: • 4+ years of email marketing experience • Strong experience with lifecycle marketing and customer journeys • Experience with marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and ability to improve CTR and engagement • Ability to independently plan campaigns and execute them Nice to have: • Experience in healthcare, education, or lead generation • Copywriting experience • Deliverability experience We are looking for someone who can be relatively hands-off from our side and take ownership of the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing program. Contract duration of 3 to 6 months, with 30 hours per week.
