Must have skills required: Retention Management, Email Marketing, Braze, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo Uplers is Looking for: We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist with a strong focus on email marketing to own and scale our email lifecycle programs across the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply experienced in email strategy, automation, segmentation, and optimization, with hands-on expertise in at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact email journeys that drive engagement, retention, and revenue — using data, testing, and personalization as your core levers. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end email lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, upsell, and re-engagement. • Design, build, and optimize automated email journeys, triggers, and workflows within the ESP. • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior, attributes, and lifecycle stage • Partner with analytics and data teams to define success metrics and interpret performance • Execute A/B testing and experimentation across subject lines, content, cadence, and timing • Monitor and optimize email performance against KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue • Maintain email best practices around deliverability, compliance, and consent management (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with lifecycle goals and brand voice • Document email lifecycle frameworks, processes, and learnings to support scalability Required Qualifications: • 4–8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM, with email as the primary channel • Deep hands-on experience with at least one ESP: Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Proven track record of building and optimizing email automation and triggered campaigns • Strong understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle KPIs • Experience analyzing email performance and turning insights into optimizations • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Creative teams How to apply for this opportunity? • Step 1: Click On Apply!
