Key Responsibilities • Achieve loan disbursement targets across Home, Business, LAP, and other loan products. • Build and manage relationships with DSAs, corporates, banks, and NBFCs. • Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement. • Monitor pipeline, conversions, and partner performance. • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal credit policies. • Prepare MIS and performance reports.
