Role Overview: Quarks Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Location Head – HRBP to lead the HR function for the Bangalore location. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering - Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads. - Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support organizational growth. Location HR Leadership - Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the Bangalore location. - Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and compliance. Talent Management - Partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. - Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture - Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture. - Address employee concerns and manage employee relations effectively. Performance & Organizational Development - Support managers in performance management processes and capability development. - Facilitate organizational change management initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements. - Oversee HR reporting, HR analytics, and workforce metrics.
