IIFL Looking for Location Head/ Area Sales Manager. NBFC/Banking preferred Function: Sales /Marketing Location: Prashnat Vihar (Rohini) and Moti Nagar Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / ZSM Qualifications & Experience • Graduate in any discipline. • 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development • Minimum 7 - 8 years in a leadership role managing teams and locations • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, NBFC. • Product - Home Loan and LAP Key Responsibilities Business & Revenue Management • Drive overall business growth and achieve sales targets for the assigned location. • Develop and implement local business strategies aligned with organisational goals. • Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and revenue trends to ensure profitability. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. Sales & Distribution • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. • Build and manage channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks (where applicable). • Ensure effective execution of sales plans, campaigns, and product launches. • Strengthen relationships with key clients and high-value customers.
