Job Responsibilities : · Maintain ongoing communication with warehouses to optimize inventory flow and cost. · Collaborate with the Purchase Team to align delivery dates and manage supply chain updates. · Explore and recommend alternative warehousing or logistics solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. · Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, stock monitoring, and accurate record-keeping. · Oversee processing and repacking reports; ensure proper data logging and follow-up. · Update and correct incomplete sales contract data in coordination with the relevant teams. · Identify and evaluate the most cost-effective haulage solutions (road, rail, short sea & multimodal) for European & UK customer deliveries. · Arrange and track on-time deliveries of customer orders; provide proactive updates. · Ensure a smooth delivery process, resolving any logistical bottlenecks that may arise. · Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices to clients in a timely manner. · Manage POD (Proof of Delivery) updates and ensure accurate documentation. · Assist in managing case and complaint resolutions, working closely with internal teams. · Update and correct incomplete sales contract data in coordination with the relevant teams. · Handle customer communication professionally and ensure timely response to escalations.
