The Opportunity The E3 design engineer will work on designing on Local control panels for High voltage switchgear. How You’ll Make An Impact: • Coordinate timely and accurate shipments, ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents. • Identify and fix shipping errors. • Prepare bills and invoices, receive orders and add to inventory. • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively. • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures, supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements, keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. • Prepare accurate reports for upper management. • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
