Job Summary MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. As part of our E-commerce Dispatch Management division, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of orders. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery operations while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the dispatch operations for e-commerce shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Track and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules. • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure the accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of all products. • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and courier companies to optimize delivery performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues such as delays, damaged goods, or misplaced packages. • Maintain inventory management systems, tracking shipment statuses and ensuring real-time updates for customers and internal teams. • Implement best practices in logistics and delivery to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. • Communicate with customers regarding any delivery issues or changes in order dispatch schedules. • Prepare reports and analytics for senior management, tracking key performance metrics such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (2-4 years) in logistics, dispatch management, or a similar role within e-commerce or retail sectors. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS, or equivalent systems). • Knowledge of e-commerce dispatch processes and courier management systems. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
