Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Logistics Head to oversee and manage the company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement to delivery) • Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management • Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency • Monitor performance metrics (delivery time, cost, accuracy) • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards • Lead and manage logistics teams and vendors • Negotiate contracts with transporters and service providers • Handle risk management and resolve supply chain disruptions • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, procurement) Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems • Good communication and negotiation skills Preferred Skills • Strategic planning and decision-making • Cost optimization and budgeting • Vendor management • Data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of import/export regulations (if applicable) Experience • 8–15 years in logistics/supply chain • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role required
