Role Definition Develops, oversees, and strives to maximize the efficiency of the logistics, distribution and transportation network necessary to provide end to end supply chains. Plans for new network partners, designs, and capacity and capability growth strategies to meet targeted customer service levels, network resiliency, risk management, and enterprise strategic goals. Responsibilities • Designing and optimizing logistics plans and processes to meet supply chain demands and ensure customer satisfaction. • Managing a team of staff to evaluate and implement logistics programs and activities in compliance with related regulations for an organization. • Developing mechanisms and metrics to monitor P&L and forecast costs, savings and performance for all transportation modes.
