Due to continued growth and a major live project in Milan, they are looking to appoint an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of all site logistics operations. This is a key site-based role ensuring the smooth coordination of materials, deliveries, storage and logistics processes across a fast-paced construction environment. As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all logistics activities on a large-scale construction project, ensuring materials, equipment and site operations run efficiently and safely. This is an opportunity to join a leading international contractor on a major data centre project in Milan, with long-term career progression across Europe and exposure to complex, high-value technical construction projects. As a Logistics Manager, You will be responsible for: • Managing all site logistics operations across the project lifecycle • Planning and coordinating delivery, storage and movement of materials and equipment • Developing and implementing site logistics strategies and workflows • Monitoring inventory, materials flow and storage management • Identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities • Resolving site logistics issues and managing escalation where required As a Logistics Manager, You will have: • Proven experience in a Logistics Manager or Senior Logistics role within construction • Experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects preferred • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries to site • Knowledge of site logistics planning, storage and transport scheduling
