Job Title: Logistics Manager Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly proactive and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline our dispatch processes across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coordination skills to manage the seamless movement of our laminate products from our Gandhidham factory to depots in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and beyond. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dispatch Management: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods from the factory to depots and clients across India. 2. Coordination: Collaborate with depot managers, transport agencies, and the factory team to align schedules and delivery requirements. 3. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in logistics and dispatch processes. 4. Team Management: Lead and train the logistics team to enhance productivity and efficiency. 5. Reporting: Provide regular updates on dispatch and logistics performance to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree Required. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the laminate or building materials industry. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Building Material OR FMCG industry dispatch Challenges. - Experience in managing multi-location operations.
