About the Role: We are seeking a Low-Code / No-Code Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable applications and automated workflows that improve business efficiency. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective low-code solutions using platforms such as Airtable, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Smartsheet, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience with integrations and automation. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code / no-code platforms • Build data models, workflows, dashboards, and user-friendly interfaces • Implement and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual processes • Integrate low-code applications with third-party tools and enterprise systems • Use integration tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Workato • Manage data synchronization, error handling, and monitoring • Ensure application security, data integrity, and access controls • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements • Provide documentation, user training, and post-deployment support • Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working with low-code / no-code platforms • Hands-on experience with tools such as Airtable, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Smartsheet, or similar • Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization • Experience with integration platforms like Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Workato • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or scripting for custom logic and integrations • Understanding of data modelling and relational database concepts • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
