Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, located in Bengaluru. The Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing and managing loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving customer engagement strategies, analyzing program performance, collaborating with sales teams to integrate loyalty initiatives, and overseeing program-related projects to ensure their successful execution. The role requires a customer-centric approach to build and sustain the loyalty of Royal Orchid's patrons. Qualifications • Proficiency in managing Loyalty Programs and enhancing Customer Loyalty. • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insights. • Experienced in Sales and collaboration with sales teams to align goals. • Proven ability in Project Management, ensuring timely and effective execution. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer and internal relationships. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, business administration, or related field, with prior experience in customer loyalty or hospitality preferred.
