About the job

We are looking for highly motivated researchers with experience in Deep Learning Natural Language Processing who can assist our efforts on large-scale user engagement predictive models. Key Responsibilities include developing models, analyzing user behavior patterns, predicting their likelihood of leaving along with plausible reasons contributing to intervention models retaining users, building causal inference based. • Developing foundation model leveraging pre-trained LLMs • Work closely with other scientists & engineers fostering an environment contributing insights participating in workshops & conferences. Work Details • The paid contractual role is extendable starting ideally from December 2025 • Working hours Monday - Friday • Full-time Essential education background: • Candidates have completed PhD/Master degree preferably CS/AI/ML academic field. Must haves include: • Strong applied deep learning practical experience. • Good understanding/handling SQL • Current start art literature. • Prior prediction reasoning large scale datasets • Fine-tuning training LLMs • Proficiency Python one popular deep learning framework • Envision ideas through theory/experiments • Knowledge cloud platform preferable AWS Desirable skills: • PhD thesis area causal inference • Publication record major machine learning conferences including NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, AAAI, SIGIR, RecSys, WSDM, ICDM, ECML
