Collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices and promote knowledge sharing. Support automation opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques. Analyze root cause of forecast deviations and implement corrective actions. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Foster capability building across regions on forecasting methodologies and analytics tools.
