Position: Machine Learning Engineer — India Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $14/hour Location: India (India-based applicants only) Commitment: Flexible; part-time hours vary by project Primary Objective Develop, optimize, and deploy large-scale machine learning systems that enhance agent reasoning, learning efficiency, and real-time adaptability. The work includes designing architectures, training pipelines, and evaluation frameworks that advance the frontier of autonomous intelligence. Role Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement • Build and fine-tune deep learning models for reasoning, code generation, and real-world decision-making tasks • Collaborate with data scientists to collect and preprocess training datasets • Develop benchmarking tools to assess model performance across dimensions such as reasoning, accuracy, and speed • Implement reinforcement learning loops and self-improvement mechanisms for agent training • Work with systems engineers to optimize inference speed, memory utilization, and hardware performance (GPU/TPU) • Maintain reproducibility, version control, and experiment tracking within MLOps frameworks • Contribute to research efforts focused on architecture design, fine-tuning, and generalization performance Qualifications Must-Have • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or JAX • Understanding of distributed training, GPU/TPU infrastructure, and data pipeline optimization • Experience building end-to-end ML systems (preprocessing → training → evaluation → deployment) • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow) • Ability to analyze model performance using data-driven experimentation • Strong critical thinking about generalization, bias, sample efficiency, and failure cases • Curiosity about autonomous agents and human-like reasoning models • Residency in India (required for this listing) Why This Role Stands Out • Build core learning systems that power next-generation autonomous agents • Blend ML research, engineering, and systems-level optimization in a single role • Work on novel problems at the intersection of reasoning, planning, and adaptation • Be part of high-impact R&D shaping autonomous intelligence Compensation & Work Structure • Hourly rate: $14/hour • Weekly performance bonus: $500–$1000 per 5 tasks created • Part-time contract, hours vary by project Application Process (Takes 20–30 mins to complete) • Upload resume • AI interview based on your resume • Submit form
